How our agreement works

The short answer
Before anything starts you get a written agreement that says who owns what (you own your account and content), the fair commission we charge and how it is worked out, how you are paid, your limits, how long it lasts, and exactly what happens when you leave. This page explains each part in plain English. It is the same agreement whether you are already a top earner or aiming to become one.

Your account and content
Your account stays in your name and with your email address. You own everything you create. We only get a limited right to use your content to promote your page, and it ends when you leave.

How our commission works
We charge a fair commission on what your page earns, so we only do well when you do. Your agreement states the rate and whether it is worked out on gross or net earnings, and it is never changed without your agreement. We do not publish the rate, because it belongs in your agreement rather than on a price list, and you see it in full before you sign.

Payouts and statements
Payouts go straight to you from the platform and never pass through us. Each month you get a statement showing earnings, the platform fee, how our commission was worked out, and an invoice, so you can check every figure. [OWNER: invoicing and payment terms]

Your limits
What you will and will not do, your name and pronouns, and anything that must come straight to you are written into the agreement. Anything outside them comes back to you to decide.

Length and notice
No hidden lock-in. The agreement sets out how long it runs and how much notice either side gives to end it, and we walk you through both on the call before you sign. [OWNER: confirm minimum term, trial period and notice period are stated in the agreement]

When you leave
On your last day we remove our access, hand back anything we set up for you, send a final statement, and delete the personal data we no longer need. Commission stops after the notice period. [OWNER: confirm post-exit commission terms]

We only use your information to run your page and to meet our legal duties, never sell it, and explain the detail in our privacy notice.
